How do I prepare a property for photo day?

How soon can you shoot?

Accepted Answer

We are very flexible and usually able to shoot a property between 1-3 days of the request.  We try our best to accommodate the client and Mother Nature to get the best photos possible.

Question 3

How soon can I get the photos after the shoot?

Accepted Answer

We guarantee delivery within 48 hours of the photo shoot.  However, most of the time they will be in your inbox the morning following the shoot.  We know your time is valuable and make every effort to ensure your time (and most importantly the seller's time) is never wasted.
 
*All photos will be delivered with watermarking until full payment is received.

How do I pay?

Cash is king!  But we also accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and many other forms of payment.  We do accept checks, but only on location at the photo shoot.

Question 5

What is a "No Fly Zone?""

Accepted Answer

"No Fly Zones" are areas where drones are not allowed or prior approval is needed.  These are typically around towered airports, major sporting venues, or prisons.  
 
If you are unsure about a property, ask us!  Our drone pilots are well versed in airspace requirements and will let you know if special permission is needed or if flights are prohibited in a certain location.

What is your cancellation policy?

Each property is specifically scheduled at a date and time to fulfill the needs as requested by you.  We understand there needs to be a certain amount of flexibility to accommodate for all the "what ifs" that can happen.  There is no penalty for rescheduling a shoot.  However, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Can you Photoshop that for me?

We recommend that you have the property prepared and ready for photos before we arrive.  You can check out our home prep sheet HERE.  However, we understand that sometimes that may not be possible.  Know that there will be an extra charge of $25 per image for additional Photoshopping or editing requested.

Question 8

Licensing, Copyrights and Photo Usage"

Accepted Answer

Photographer grants non-exclusive, unlimited rights of all images produced for agent and its broker for use by said agent and/or broker for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s self-promotion. The photos may also be used by the agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.
 
Please note however, that all the images are owned and copyrighted by the photographer, and licensed granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company and not to any third parties. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to other agents, brokers, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless additional licenses are acquired from the photographer.
 
These images are not transferable or sellable.  Any requested changes to this policy must be made in advance and agreed upon by all parties.
